There is a maximum number of conference sessions that can be supported while allowing each delegate a 30 minute slot for  presentation and answering questions.

The date for the initial submission of abstracts is 30 June 2014 - but an earlier submission of these abstracts is to be encouraged and a first come first served principle will be adhered to.

Submissions are to be forwarded to Chris Ryan with a copy to tmjournal.chris@gmail.com

Abstracts are required to be of no more than three A4 pages showing title, authors and authors' affiliations and to be 1.5 spaced using Roman Times Font size 12.

Abstracts will be subject to a blind refereeing process.

The decision as to whether a paper can be submitted to the Conference will proceed on this basis until such time as no additional places exist.

Abstracts and the Conference Schedule will be made available on the internet.

The final acceptance of the paper is premised on the basis that at least one of the authors have paid a registration fee. Failure to pay a registration fee will lead to the withdrawal of the paper and it will not be featured on the web.

The final date for the acceptance of the paper is 1 November 2014.
